I'm a runner yay - Laura said it so it must be true!!!
Didn't find the run too difficult, bit tiring, but pushed myself at the last 5 minutes so very pleased with my performance.
Can't believe that I've run for 25 minutes in one go, to be honest I did have a little weep at the end as Laura's words are really inspirational and I realised that I've come such a long way in only 6 weeks - yay me!!!

Yay you - well done. I will be doing Run 3 of Week 5 over the weekend. Hope it goes as well as everyone seems to say it will. Does seem a bit daunting to have to run for 20 mins.
Hi, Ive just completed wk6 run3 today. Like you it felt ok but I was tired. SO pleased to have done it though-25minutes!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe that I am actually enjoying the exercise. Are you starting to see any body change yet?
Funnily enough this week, for the first time since I started, I've actually started too see and feel a difference and I actually went out and bought a new dress and I very rarely wear dresses!
Congrats on your run today. I used to hate exercise but I'm like a different person now and miss my running on the rest days
