W6r3 done - now I'm officially a runner (allegedly)

Wasn't feeling very confident about today's run after the rigours of the other w6 runs but managed to get through it, including Laura's little 'sprint' at the end, so I'm feeling pretty epic this morning! Who would have thought just 6 short weeks ago that I would be running non-stop for 25 minutes? Amazing!! AND I'm officially a runner because Laura said so!

  • It certainly is!

  • Yay well done. My week 6 was full of calamity and I am now looking forwards to putting it all behind me and week seven calls. Can you believe that we're almost there?

  • Hi Spoonierunning, it's sooooooo good to be waving goodbye to w6, or, as prefer to call it, the week from Hell!! W7 is calling and we're gonna be fab!!

  • She did indeed! So, you better believe it baby! Week 7 will be easier now.

  • Hi Miss W. I'm working on the principle that if Laura says it, it must be true, even if I find it amazing. W7 is beckoning. Thanks for the encouragement. Woohoo!!

  • WOOOHOOOOOOOOO well done you......... & me too...... Still in shock BUT WE DID IT!!!!!! Chuffed is an understatement!!!!

  • Wooooohooooo indeedy Lisa. We are truly fabulous! Surprised, knackered and achy, but nevertheless, fabulous! Look out W7, you're next!! xx

  • Thanks KittyKat, tis true, we're all racking up the miles now and really feeling the benefit of those earlier weeks of hard work xx

  • Well done and congratulations on getting this run behind you. You made the effort you deserve the feeling of being chuffed. Good luck with week 7 but still remember to treat it with a bit of respect because the runs are solid from now on in and it can seem relentless, as Laura states at the beginning of the week 7 podcast. Best wishes.
