took me all week end to get out, little chatter box in my head had every excuse under the sun but eventually the jogger in me won and out i went. May i add in the DAYLIGHT!!! yes i have finally come out:)) had a dodgy moment where i nearly went back in as i caught sight of myself in a office window though!! Anyways first 3 mins quite difficult, the office window incident didnt help lots of negative thoughts in my head "me a jogger really?" was so happy to start walking, boy does that 90secs go fast! On to the first 5 mins equally as difficult but managed to keep going, the 2nd set was easier still not going that fast but hey I did it, week 5 here i come::))

The 90 seconds goes incredibly fast when your walking. What a day to finally come out the weather was lovely. It makes such a difference to your mood if it's nice. I try not to look at my reflection until I'm on the brisk walk home by then I don't care what I look like lol
Daylight! Well done, major hurdle overcome, it should be easier from now on but the reflection is definitely to be avoided as it interferes with the image of a lithe and trim athlete that you know you are inside.
well done what a feeling it is !!! i start my week 5 tomorrow not even looked to see what the running times are yet i leave it as a suprise until ii'm just of out the door else i might change my mind. looking forward to your week 5 posts keep going and hold your head high past shop windows and dont look

Well done on going out daylight! I've just done week 5, gearing up for week 6 tomorrow, but I always listen to the podcasts before just to get a sense of what to expect
