After feeling a little queasy on my last run after struggling to get my breath back after the first part of the run, which I think is very important, this run went surprisingly well.
I ran the first 3 mins easily enough. The break was welcome but I had recovered enough this time so found the 5 mins manageable. I think I could have even continued as I was impatient during the walk breaks to get going again. The 2.5 min walk break felt very long so I suppose like the plan says I am recovering quicker. I didn't even have any drama during the final 5 mins which gives me confidence going into week 5.

Well done, week 4 is a step up, if you are struggling for breath you are going too fast and i think the same goes if you get queasy, learn to run slow and you will be able to tackle week 5 with ease
I mentioned this to my physio and he said some people have more sensitive guts and I do have a history in this area. It has also been warmer so could be a mix of these coupled with my body not being ready yet and needing more time to get there as I am still in recovery so it is responding slower than it would have done previously.
I promise you I have not been running hard. After 10 mins I was too tired. I also have to take energy sapping medication before I run too. I hate medication but keeping me alive apparently so I have to grin and bear it.
Yes sometimes keeping going is difficult. It was week 4 run 2 where I felt a little queasy. Week 4 run 3 went much smoother. I felt I was recovering a little quicker.
Today was my run day but I felt a little ropey so I stayed in. I am getting lazy. We completed a couple of 5 mins in week 4 so we have practice at that distance so in theory should be ok. I said in theory 😁
