wooohoooo done it week 6 run 3 second time around stopped week 3 due to injury sooooo proud i have come this far breathing not right still breathing in and out of my mouth ...speed not great but hey i have done 25 mins continuous speed will come ...maybe.... but if not who cares 50 plus very happy actually felt tears choking me..... went out tonight wind ,rain soaked to the skin kept me cool no red face laura said i am officially a runner i think prob a jogger but i am sooooooo pleased wanted to do it again .....well in my head at least must have been the endorphines did push myself the last minute prob not best idea felt it in my legs week 7 come ahead ........did i say that must have been the congratulation drink i had ....terrified lol keep going people i havent run before this and really a couch potatoe so have faith ...WE CAN DO IT xxxxxxx ps did have sore shins but the excercises fixed them in two days..havent posted at all this time as i didnt want to jinx anything hope this doesnt................................
