Week 7 done - do I re do it or move onto week 8?

Hello

Thanks everyone for your support so far. The last two weeks I've been taking it a bit easier and only doing 2 of the C25k runs/ week. This means bigger gaps between runs.

I just finished my third week 7 run, I am wondering whether when I run next (likely Thursday - today is Sunday) to move onto week 8 or do 7 one more time as I am possibly progressing more slowly.

Any thoughts?
