Firstly, it seems incredible to have got this far. Weeks 6 & 7 felt great, but those extra 3 minutes this week have felt tough. Today's run was definitely the best though, so must be getting stronger. 3 more runs until graduation. This is a brilliant programme and everyone is so supportive of each other. 😊 Thank you.
