YAY....today I ran for over 30 minutes....32 to be exact!!! Had only meant to do 30 as per instructions but had a few technical issues. I am so proud of myself, can't believe I've can actually do it.

Bring on run 2 I am ready for you!

Go on you can do it, only 2 runs left, and we all know run 2 is going to be a stinker so dig deep and away you go!

I keep wanting to Like too (but then my husband tells me I'm a facebook addict too!). It's nice to have so that you can quickly acknowledge your pleasure/approval etc.....
