Finished week 7 on a real high, pleased that I had completed three 25 minute runs and was still in one piece. This end of week euphoria lead to a feeling of "an extra 3 minutes next week . . . . . Pah! Easy"
WRONG!
Those extra three minutes tonight were the toughest three minutes by far so far. Every muscle in my legs felt every additional second. I am so glad to have got through it.
Just got to do it twice more now . . . . D'oh!

Decided that I'm going to get a few park runs under my belt once I get to the end of C25K Sall. Then look at doing Bridge to10k from September. (Must have a plan to keep the motivation up).
Hi Sallenson, Stephen, I have just completed run 1 of week 8, that's the 28-minute run, beautiful morning here in Scotland but despite that, I did not see any other runners when I was out, I hope your progress is coming on great.
Promise us that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't the proverbial speeding train. Let it be a Southern Railways train where everyone is on strike all the time

I’ll raise a cucumber with you at your graduation 🥒😂🙈
