Just back from completing W7R3, so happy!
I was feeling a bit nervous about week 8. I know it’s only an extra three minutes but 28 is a really big number! So after 25 minutes I thought ‘I’ll just do an extra minute, make the increase a bit smaller’. Then suddenly I’d done 27 minutes.
Now I know I can definitely do 28 minutes and am looking forward to cracking on with week 8!
