Just completed W6R2 and I found it a bit easier than W6R1.
A days rest and then R3.
25 minutes seems so long, even though I know it’s only 5 minutes longer than W5R3
Any tips will be greatly appreciated 🙏

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 6 which is the last run with interval walks and runs, from now on starting with run 3 there are no more walking breaks, take those 4 /25 minute* runs slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration
*run 3 of week 6 and all 3 runs of week 7
one foot in front of the other, channel your inner Oldfloss and take it nice and sloooow
It’s also 5 minutes more and 5 minutes closer to that podium
Well done you
I'd suggest you don't view it as 5 minutes more. Personally, if I'm going to do a run that appears challenging, I find it much easier to break it down mentally down into chunks, each one no longer than the previous one.
For 25 minutes you could do, for example, 10 + 7 + 5 + 2 + 1. The actual breakdown can be different. It just needs to be a progessively easier (or at least no more difficult) task each time, one that you know you can achieve because you've done it before.
The other thing I do is to tell myself I'm capable of running for longer than the actual time (or distance) required. I'm not suggesting you actually do more, of course, again it's just mind tricks. At this stage running is, imo, at least as much a mental as a physical game.
I would plot a route and note interesting things to look out for along the way.
