W9R1 - The final week

So the final week is here. It has been an amazing journey so far, made much more special by the support, advice and encouragement received by you all. Thank you!

I went for my W9R1 today. Bright sunny day, no surprises that I found it tough. The surprising part was that there was the “Race for life” run happening in the park, so I found out myself surrounded by sea of pink 😀 Somehow managed to leave the sea of pink and my peace back. I like running alone (at least at the moment)

I had to have 3 day break after finishing W8 due to other priorities and a very late night on Friday with few pints of beers. So was not in the best shape to run yesterday.

As promised to myself enjoyed the start of my W9 with my new Fitbit Versa. 😀

Good luck to everyone on W9. Now looking to gain my graduation badge soon.

Thanks! The watch is good so far. Provides so much data to ponder 😀 and then provides trends etc. This was my first run with the watch so will keep exploring all the things the watch is capable of.

I’ve also got a 3 day break before I can start my Wk9 R1... know it won’t be easy but I’m thrilled to have come sooo far! Graduation in sight! 🤗

Thank you! My first ever tech that has anything to do with exercise (sort of as my iPhone can track steps etc)

I’ll try keep it to two day break at max as I found the first 7-8 mins extra difficult today.
