When I did wk2 r 1 it was warm!!! Today I poked my head outside, what a shock. I felt like hibernating until the warmth returned. But I did the run. Repeating C25K I promised myself I would post after every run so felt duty bound to do it. I feel it was the best run I have done. There was a rhythm to my running part and it did not feel forced or "how long until 90 secs are up". Perhaps C25K is working.

Those are the runs we crave, when you have a bad run you can feel so down, but then the good one comes and you know why you are here! Keep up the good work, nothing beats w9r3.
