W1 R1 - Repeated

after last weeks failure to complete due to a very sore hip I repeated again this morning. I did it, I can’t believe I actually did it. Hips still sore and horrible lactic acid buildup in my calves but better than the last run. I intend to repeat this run again in a few days, my plan is to get my body more comfortable before progressing to the next run. It wasn’t pretty but I did it!

Really well done.

Don't forget that the three runs in W1 are the same so you are already repeating the format. Why not run W1R2 next time and then R3 and repeat that one if you still think it necessary. You might surprise yourself and find you are ready for W2.

But every run you do is making you stronger and fitter so congratulations on your achievement.

Well done. Listen to your body is always the key advice. I have just started week 2 for the nth time. Old and slow but the weather was so good. We have to celebrate each achievement.

This is like climbing the stairs, i now know what is at the top and you will too. You just climb more stairs each module, doesn't matter how long it takes every run is an improvement. If your hips hurt, it might be worth googling some hip exercises to help loosen them up, if there is a lot of pain get medical advice. I found week 1 hard, guessing everyone does, we start from zero, or below in my case but every session you do will improve you, even if it feels like it doesn't, every walk/run is banking stamina and fitness, keep it going, your story is going to be a great read!

Well done!! Repeat as many times as you like! It all adds up and you can look forward to this run seeming so easy in half a year from now! Well done!
