Just completed my first run and feeling great! Amazed I managed to get through all the running bits without stopping. Looking forward to R2 but feeling a bit sore just now. Actually can't believe in 9 weeks I'll be running 30 mins non stop - crazy to think. I have booked at 5K run for Jan to motivate me to keep going right up until xmas

Well done Bex, you've taken that first step , that's the hardest. Youre bound to feel a bit sore at first so don't worry.
Good stuff on booking that 5k , something to strive for and will keep you focused .

BIG welcome to the programme and the forum Yes I remember when I procrastinated so much in starting. After overcoming that hurdle, it got easier to get out and run. Best of luck on run 2
Keep posting
Nice one, bex!
I've done 2 runs so far, and like you have got my sights on a 5k event to have something to aim towards - I'm going to do a parkrun, either near home or my sister's around Christmas time (if she gets out the door to join C25K in the next few days
Good luck with your running!
