I did it! Well I could only jog the first two rounds but I still did it. (my lungs felt like they were on fire for a while)
I should probably introduce myself. I'm 21 a year old girl(woman?) from Swden who is obese (almost "just" overwight. I hope to run a 5K at the end of August this year and get in to university in September.
The last time I remember running was in gym class in7-9th grade, so about 7-6 years ago. Even then I would only run when the teachers were watching.
Hopefully my next run will be a bit better!

Hi I’m in week 3 I would say try to slow yourself down I think I was going to fast at first thinking that’s what I was to do but slow wins the race let me know how you get on
Hello! I finally got round to doing my first run today as well. I kept saying hello to everyone I saw. Found it tricky to do but biggest worry is that I'll do it again on Tuesday... Or that I will continue right to the end.... That's my Thing to break,. I Never finish anything to the end... And really want to get into running xxx
