Well I stood on the scales again today and realised how much Lockdown damage I’ve done so far, I have been wanting to get fit and loose weight and actually manage to to run 5K and had this app on my phone for a year, today was the catalyst to actually start.

Felt absolutely shattered when finished but so glad I did it.

My wife has decided to do this as well so proud of her as we can also do this together and keep each other going.

Well done both of you - that’s the best decision you’ve made and you’ve taken the first step. Onwards and upwards 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽🐌👍✅

Congratulations to you and your wife on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, don't run on consecutive days and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, good luck for your running journey.
