Well done, I did my week 7 run 3 yesterday but found out tough, think I tried to increase my pace too much cause I'm only doing 2.5k in the 25 minutes and was struggling towards the end.
This is my 2nd time of couch to 5k. I am running just short of 3k in 25 mins in my last couple of runs but today’s plod was only 2.52k. I’m not stressing about the distance as I know that will come with time. It’s more around building stamina, lung capacity and getting to the 30 mins. Before I gave up last time I’d got up to going for around 45/50 mins without stopping. Trust the process and don’t go too fast, you’ll put yourself off
