I haven’t been doing much running as I have been feeling quite not myself & a bit down,this morning I thought ‘thats enough of feeling sorry for you & get your bloody Brooks on!!!’
Long story short- run done ( week 6 run 2) and a little bit extra ,and I feel better in self . I think running in the sun in glorious Northumberland did help!😉
