I used to post here a lot but have been 'off' the whole summer. Gained half a stone and very little running.

Back from hols and feeling a bit more positive and the focus of a HM to do in October. Plan to lose weight(again-sigh) and run three times a week. Done one modest 3 miler sat morn and plan to go to gym this morn-dread mill and cross trainer!

Happy running everyone:-)

Hiya and welcome back. Great to see you out there again. That weight will just fall off. You'll be ready for October. Happy running.

Hi Suze Welcome back

Glad to hear you're still running. You'll soon be tear-arsing your way round the local neighbourhood I bet.

Spurred on by your good example I am tentatively going to dip my toe into the world of the half marathon. Gulp. I said it. You heard it hear first.

I got my eye on two of em! One in Oct and one in November. Might be a tad ambitious mind, but I suppose if I have a stab at one and do well it would spur me on to do the next. Or if I hated it I wouldn't have to do the second one

I want to go in for a 10 k in December too

Great to see you back Suzy, I'm not surprised you needed a rest after the marathon, if you can do that you can do anything. :-)
