Hi, I've just completed my first week of the app. Its been cold 🥶 but I have enjoyed getting back into running. It's helped concentrate my mind on my goal and started to improve my self esteem. I hope this feeling carries on.

Well done to you Joss178 on completing your first week of C25K in the cold weather, I am so happy to know that you are back and enjoying your runs, having a goal is a very good attitude to have, of course that goal will be to complete C25K and graduate when you are ready to run run 3 of week 9, you can take longer than 9 weeks to do so, you can repeat any runs or weeks if you wish to, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, good luck, if you wish, report your progress on this forum.
