I wasn't sure when I'd manage my graduation run, with work commitments interrupting my usual schedule, but I decided to get up early this morning and get in a sunrise run.
Was dark and gloomy when I set off but I did manage to catch the sun peeking through the clouds as I pounded my usual running trails.
I tried to keep a really steady pace (actually felt slow at times) and although I slightly lagged in a couple of places I made it to the end pretty comfortably. Just over 4.1k in the 30 running minutes. No Strava bling for me this time (that will come) - but I'm elated to have finished the nine weeks. I can be smug for the rest of the day now π
Now to keep the running up - I'm pleased to see that there are a few more runs to try in the C25K app now and then I'm planning to switch to the NRC app.
Happy running everyone, thanks for all the support and for sharing your stories too.
I'll try and keep posting! SD πͺπ¦ππ

Thanks Annie, as this was a regraduation I already have my title but I'll pop over to the post you referenced anyway. Thanks for the encouragement along the way.
