Did somebody say... GRADUATION?

Today is the day! I have officially completed couch to 5K! Thank you all so much for the ongoing support, I’m pretty sure without this forum I would’ve given up weeks ago!

There’s been ups and downs, but I’ve done it! I did a little bit more than the 30 minutes today because it got to 30 and I was on 4.5k so I pushed myself to run for longer to get to that magic 5K mark😅

No matter what week you are on please be proud of yourselves, you’re all doing so well! I will continue to post on here and update you on my running journey.

Yay - very well done Georgie - a lovely Sunday run to complete C25k and graduate.

What are your next goals ? A Parkrun perhaps - I did my first yesterday and it a lovely atmosphere.

All the best with your running journey and look forward to hearing about your progress.

I think I may do park run next week Steve! I’m a bit nervous because I know a lot of the really serious runners do it! Did you enjoy yours? X

Yes - it is amazingly friendly. There are more “amateurs” than serious runners. I am sure you will love it - please give it a try. I am addicted and only done 2
