One run to go

Just finished run 2 of week nine and had to do it on the treadmill, I dont feel the same sort of buzz as when I do the runs out doors but it really icy here in the mornings. Id like to do the last one out doors so checking the forecast.......I asked my wife if she would cycle in front of me and scatter rocksalt on the ground😀, the answer was unprintable.

Thanks, .....Id like to clarify that I didnt actually ask her to do that.....I know people say that us Irish are a bit mad over here but Im not that bad😅

Got the last run done - have to say it was the hardest of the last three runs, didnt sleep well last night which might have had something to do with it but also I think I should have given myself another days rest inbetween. Delighted to have completed it though and looking forward to carrying on running
