A bumpy week 9 after 2 weeks off (twice)

After finishing week 8 I went away for a few days and did some nice long walks but no running. Came back with a bit of a cold so all in all it was 2 weeks before I did my first week 9 run. I was pleased to manage 25 minutes. Due to family commitments, it was another week before I ran again, but I did manage a full 30 minutes, and only felt a bit stiff next day.

Then more family commitments, long car journeys, freezing weather/snow, so it was another 2 week gap. I forced myself out of the door late afternoon in 0 oC and managed to run for 25 minutes. I would have managed more but the freezing cold air got to me 🥶

So I have done 3 runs in my week 9 (over a month) but only one was for the full 30 minutes. We are now due some milder temperatures so I am planning on smashing this over the next week!

Only 2 more 30-minute runs to go! 🏃‍♀️😀🏃‍♀️
