Well done for completing Week 1, I found the earlier weeks the toughest but don't worry, it will all fall into place quicker than you think.Music can definitely help 😁 let us know how you get on.

yay! Well done you!! You’ve done the hardest part and that’s getting out of the door for the very first time…things can only get better!!! (Ooo there’s a song about that, maybe put it on your first playlist??!!) 🎵

you’ve done the hardest bit which is deciding to start and getting out there for week 1. It is hard work but not so bad if you slow down and take your time. If you scroll down on the forum page you will find some pinned posts. The one called ‘FAQs - How to run C25K’ is really helpful. And remember, there’s no such thing as too slow, then it doesn’t need to be so hard!

Terrific to have completed Week 1. Well done.

Trust the programme and your body; go slow and steady and you'll do just fine.

I love listening to podcasts on my runs so that's an option, too!

Do keep us posted...
