well I started my run this morning just feeling the cold! Luckily I had my woolly hat on as after the first minute it started to bleach down with snow!!!

I kept going & have now run more than I ever thought I could. I know I have a long way to go but I am mega proud of of me & despite the snow, & my glasses fogging up so badly I ran the last 30 seconds without them, had a smile on my face☺️ I think I am beginning to to love running🥰
