I definitely learnt from my last run and took off slowly today. It was -2 but felt like -9 π³ snowy, muddy in places but I loved the sound of the snow crunching under my feet as I started to run π
I took a different route around my local country park, through the trees, round by the lake and running through muddy snowy puddles. One stretch was really open and it was tough running into the biting wind but as I turned the corner it got a bit easier again.
For the first time I wasnβt waiting for Sarah to give me my time checks and Iβm not really sure what music I was listening to. I was enjoying the freedom of running outside and enjoying the stunning scenery π I had enough in the tank to pick up the pace for the last 5mins and felt absolutely delighted to have completed 28mins of running!
Happy running everyone π
