Just home from week 3, run 1 - which was 90 secs, 3 mins, 90 secs, 3 mins.
Very pleasantly surprised because I thought it was going to be 4 x 3 minute runs. So those 90 seconds felt like a breeze !!
Love this plan. Already increased from one minute runs to three, without me really noticing. Fab isn't it ?!
