Hi...I have put fitness/self care on the back burner for long enough. I'm 63 and want to find dopamine outside of a strong cocktail. I was very fit until my mid 50's and then life got lifey and self care went out the window. I just signed up for this forum and a 5K road race Thanksgiving weekend. I look forward to being here and learning from all of you.

Just be aware that the Couch to 5k app only works in the UK. The podcasts are available worldwide and many people use them as a good alternative.
