Well done. Welcome to the forum.

The instructions say always have a day between runs, so you can run every other day, which means the programme takes less than nine weeks. Those rest days are when your body strengthens and repairs itself, so are crucial. You may need more than one rest day on occasions, which is fine. Go as slow as you need to, and if you do not complete a run then you simply repeat it until successful then you move on. You are in control.

Relax and enjoy a great journey.

Welcome aboard and Well done on making that start !

Yes , Each week has 3 runs , but you can take more than one rest day in between if you need it . Just take each run at a slow and steady pace, it doesn't matter about speed and distance .

Good Luck and please keep posting so that we can cheer you along your way .

All the best :-) xxx
