C25k wk 5 run 3 complete.

C25k week 5 run 3 completed this morning 🥳 I did have to slow down alittle on the 15 min mark but kept going all the way this is my 2nd attempt this year to get to the end and this is my furthest I have got so super happy. But of all things after 15mins my shoulder started to hurt which was new.

Not sure why your shoulder started to hurt but congratulations to you Lauramb on completing run 3 of week 5 which is a milestone run for C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 but be careful with that run as it's back to interval walks and runs and lets hope your shoulder does not hurt.

Congratulations, shoulder hurting? Gosh, I had that problem for a while, tension and leading withy nose, head too far forward, I stretch my neck if my shoulder starts to ache now and put my head back a bit and it eases, good luck

Congratulations! Week 6 on the horizon!

You’ve done really well. Week 5 Run 3 can appear daunting but the programme prepares you for it.
