I’m new to Ct5K, used to run ma y moons ago & loved it. After a long time , 2 children later & a few health issues I’ve decided to give it a go. I am loving it , did wk5 r3 today & wanted to stop sooooo many times but kept going. Im so chuffed with myself that I didn’t.
I was dreading it but prefer the unknown until I start the run.
We’ll done to all the other Ct5K peeps & graduates. We got this 😊

Congratulations to you VS1975 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have ran 🏃🏾, certainly that run is nothing to dread as the program has prepared you for it.
That’s such a great run to have under your belt. So glad you’re enjoying the programme again and hope you’re still smiling after finishing. The mental side of it is often so much tougher than the physical side. It’s great to discover you’re so much stronger than you realised! Massive well done to you 🏃♀️❤️💪
Very well done! It is a milestone in your progress, and something to be justifiably proud of.
I started C25K (first attempt) exactly three years ago today. In celebration I did W5R3 again this afternoon, but to make things different I did it in bare feet. 👣
Well done on your achievements so far - you're among friends here, many with similar experiences to you. A key reflection of mine is that, however much I've dreaded the idea of 'today's run' (it happens from time to time) I've NEVER regretted it once I've done it. Good luck!
