Not posted for couple of weeks, life has been extremely busy, like most people's. But I have been in the Gym at 6am to do either my run or rowing. This morning could so easily have stayed in bed but forced my butt out. So glad I did. Jogged for a whole 25mins - so proud of myself. It really has set me up for the day. Bring on week 7.
