Ridiculously proud of myself for completing run1, week 6. I managed the 20 minutes run at week 5 OK. However, my right knee has become very painful so I have been resting and gently exercising. It’s still not right. Should I see GP or go to my local physio/osteo/chiro clinic? Really want to get back to light jogging

🍏 Well done on the run! However please don’t do another one without consulting a physio (or GP) about that knee. The runs will wait!! Do let us know the outcome!

Take it easy particularly if you are new to running. Don’t run with an injury as you might make it worse. Do seek advice from a medical professional such as your GP or a physio.
