I have 2 runs left until i graduate but i have no motivation AT ALL!
I completed Week 9 Run 1 last Wednesday and havent been back out since...
I have really struggled with the 25+ minute runs and I can't seem to get my head right to go out.
Stupid really as I planned to drop down to 2/3x 20 minute runs a week once completing this until i felt ready to increase the time...feel like I'll never get there!
