Just finished my last run of week 3.

However, during the last minute of the 3 minute runs I’m barely moving - I’m still ‘running’ (we all mean jogging though, right?) - but someone could easily stride past me.

Should I go onto week 4 or do another week of w3?

You can repeat any week on C25K if you are not happy with how you are running 'evictoria93', slow and steady is the mantra for new runners. Many people report that they have been running or jogging slowly and have been passed with ladies walking pushing a pram, so don't worry about your pace, if you wish to repeat any week, do so.

Great job. You can do week 4, but it’s your call.

Try wk4 run 1 and see how you feel . I repeated wk3 then tried wk4 again and it was a lot better

You finished, move on.

You have nothing to lose.

You can't fail this plan unless you head permanently back to the couch.

I was at the same pace and still am. Doing run 3 of week 4 this morning. Keep going. You don’t need to repeat a week. The increased run lengths in week 4 will push your stamina and I’m amazed I can ‘trot’ for 5 mins at a time. It doesn’t matter how slow you go, it’s still pushing yourself and your body- in a good way.
