After a harder time getting out for 3 runs a week with back to school bugs, sickly kids and stormy weather I’m so glad to finally be in the last week! 🙌
Now I’ve met my first goal to be able to run for 30 mins ✔️ the next goal will be to stretch it out to 5k in however long I need to do it, before thinking about getting any faster! My current motivation is unlocking the beyond couch to 5k runs on the app 😂
Can’t wait to next post on here and tell you all I’ve graduated, would never have believed I’d be able to run for 30 mins at the start of this and it’s been so good for my mental health too. ☺️
