Ok people, another pist on pace etc. I have now completed week 9 runs 1 and 2.

Run 1 i was feeling good and did a full 5k run. It took 33 minutes at a good (for me) pace.

Run 2 at a more normal 9/10 know i stuck to tbe 30 mins and completely 4.67 kms.

Tomorrow the final run i will tey to do 5k in 30 mins. Fingers crossed

Enjoy everyone

Mark

Enjoy graduation run. I would prioritise time running over pace, just in case! However I wish you well in your ambition😃

Don’t worry if you don’t do 5k. The program is to get you running for 30 minutes. Distance comes after

Trying to knock 3 minutes off a PB is not a recipe for an enjoyable run and frankly is unlikely to happen.

Complete the process with a happy run, not a possibly disappointing slog. Trying to best PBs on every run is not the way forward. You may find this guide to post C25K running helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
