Week 6 is absolutely annihilated and how the heck did I just do 4k 🤔 👌. Still in my shorts and t shirt being a woman of that age we ARE our own central heating system 🤣🤣 I did wear my Proviz headband tho to keep my little ears warm as they do suffer in the cold .
Maybe all that leg work strength exercises I did yesterday helped my legs this morning . Who knows I’m just happy week 6 is over with .

I was suprised when it said I’m now a runner , surely starting this I’m a runner . lol. Hey ho . Anyway I’m glad week 6 is done . Thanks lovely . Was a good mornings runs . And yes I do loads of strength sessions I’m adamant they help my running .
That’s a bug bear of mine too-what’s a runner? Someone who runs. You’ve been doing that for ages now! Totally with you on strength too. That’s what’s kept me off the injury couch and made me faster as a nice bonus.
