Felt good this morning, sun shining and a cool feel to the air. Planned my route and set off. Tia was raring to go, I think she missed the runs when we were away as she stayed home with Alan. Really enjoyed the 20 minute run. Kept speed down until right at the end and heart rate was good. Average, including walks 130 bpm which is good for me, didn’t go over 145. My walks are nearly as strenuous as runs as up quite a steep hill to start.
Anyway, it’s on to week 6 on Saturday!!

Thanks Sue, I remember the first time I did it about 3 years ago I was terrified but I actually enjoyed it today. I’m so lucky having the forest on my doorstep so I don’t have to use the car.
🍏Week 6 celebration demands a photo shoot of the lovely Tia. I can just imagine her enjoying this wonderful route in your photo! No sign of Autumn there except perhaps in the temperature. Well done… a milestone run 🏃♀️ xx 🙌
Thank you Annieapple, noticed a difference in leaves between here and Scotland, but I am over 500 miles further South. It’s good to read of your progress, for me, 6 months ago I could barely walk 400m without puffing. I got to my target weight on Tuesday too!
