Contrary to my expectations, this turned out to be lot more easier run than any other including w1r1. The only mantra i kept repeating was "go slow". Even after completing 20 minutes, I could have run for another 5 minutes. I have come to believe in the program and hence when the voice said start cool down that is what I did.
I had been dreading this run for the last week to 10 days. Oh now I am looking forward to longer runs. .

Well done and it seems you know thé trick: run slow. Well done!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃🏾 👍
For the umpteenth time, you are another beginner that proves that W5R3 (indeed the whole program) is NOT a physical test, but a mental one! The program is designed to be physically achievable by almost anyone ... the test if whether you have the mental fortitude and skills to see it through.
Aside from W1R1, W5R3 seems to be the biggest mental hurdle for most folk . So now... nothing else in the program should faze you
Well done sribri 👏🏻👏🏻 W5R3 is a real challenge and test of your fitness and stamina, it sounds like you passed that test with flying colours, especially as you felt you could have continued for another 5 minutes. Good luck with week 6, be careful of that one although it’s staggered runs it can catch you out👍🏃♂️
The fear of W5R3 strikes again. Exactly the same dread for me. It was when I expected to be found out as just a pretender. Well done you. Glad you have found the slow trick. Took me a bit longer to figure it out but well worth learning.
Well done, that 20 min run is such a big hurdle, sounds like your keeping it slow, which is good, like others have said, the rest of the programme will be easy!!! ☺
