My wk9 R3 today

I had an almost 3 week break due to travel. During that week only managed one treadmill run. Then two days ago I did wk9R2. I wasn't sure I would make it as I was anxious about the long break but I did. Now I have to motivate myself to go out and do WK9R3. I cannot believe I am here. I also cannot believe how nervous I am. Just writing about it am feeling hot and flustered and a bit shaky. But am unbelievably proud of how far I have come (literally and figuratively). So whether I finish today or not, I am happy. From always sitting at my desk, from huffing and puffing through 1 minute runs, I CAN RUN 30 MINS NON STOP! I am so thankful for the app, for this community, for my virtual coach Denise Lewis. My body and mind have amazed me! Today its going to be a mid afternoon run followed by a trip to the physio for a massage and mobilisation as a treat! Wish me luck

You're going to smash this run, don't worry. Good luck (you don't need luck, actually, you've done all the hard work to get here which is much more effective :) )

I did it! Run my last 30 mins of the program. As always the first 10 mins are a bit of a push then you are flying and free. So so proud to have embarked on this journey and even more to have finished. Its program where I have stuck to it without having to make appointments with someone. And I have felt motivated (99.9% of the time) to go and run. And every time I have come back feeling amazing. Not sure what my next step should be but at the very least I dont want to loose this routine.

I need my badge now😇 Thanks to everyone who has every responded to my messages here. And those who post their experiences. They are so so important when newbies are feeling daunted
