Well after a couple of false dawns, delays due to work commitments and minor injuries I have finally done it, I have completed the C25k challenge and it feels gooooooooood! πππππ never thought at wk1 that I would actually complete this but here I am with the biggest smile on my face and the greatest sense of achievement.
Next steps for me is working on my pace and joining a running club to keep my motivation going. Believe me fellow C25k'ers if I can do this anyone can, just keep the faith and take the bad run days in the same spirit as the good run days... One step closer to achievement
Well done, enjoy a time of settling into regular running and when that gets too easy, do a little more! I found having set running days X 3 has helped me plan and do my runs. Hope you enjoy running club, maybe even try parkrun??
