It's taken me a little longer than 9 weeks, but I'm absolutely chuffed as fudge!

I'm going to take a couple of days off now and give the local park run a go this weekend...

10'12"/mile → 6'20"/km

Oh, that's good!

It's faster than my parkrun time on Saturday (33'31").

PS. You do know the target for this poorly named programme is not 5km?

Yeah, a bit weird that 🤣

I thought I'd done 5k on w8r3 but my miles to km cancellation was wildly wrong 🤯 so I just wanted to prove to myself that I could do it this morning 🏃‍♂️ and ran that little bit longer.
