I'm on my final week. Woo. Took a lot longer than 9 weeks but I'm here. Just two more runs to go!

Far better to build your stamina, strength and injury resistance in a slow controlled manner than to rush at it.

well done! I’ll also be taking far longer than 9 weeks (lots of repeating!) and am hoping I can keep it up!
