Week 3: Done.
I going to miss week 3, we had some good times. I could have settled down with week 3 and lived a happy life, but I must continue on my journey... Bring on week 4.
I've been concerned about week 4 and running 5 minutes, so after my cool down walk, I did a ten minute walk and then I did 5 minutes at a very slow pace. It was hard, but I'm glad I did it. I now know I need to slow down in week 4 otherwise I won't complete it.
Feeling good, I'm recommending C25K to everyone I see now.
