As per it was chuffing muggy out so lil ole me was sweating worse than Homer on a Diet π€£.
Weird this app I sometimes think NAH it canβt do what it claims yet my recovery rate is soo much better by week 5 , Iβm sprinting some when I feel sudden burst of energy and Iβm also starting to really enjoy it .
Even tho when I come home my face looks like a slapped Arse because itβs so red π€£π€£. Apparently each run of week 5 changes β¦ Eeeek roll on Run 2 β¦
