Getting up early to avoid the heat is definitely the way forward even though I could lay in today as it’s my non working day I chose to get up at 6 and run, this C25k really changes you.

I may be going back to the office soon after 15 months at home stuck on my own while the rest of them had to go in, I have never felt so healthy and fit they won’t recognise me when I go back security may not let me in🤣

Also got my medal in the post proper chuffed , have a good run everyone 🏃‍♀️

Very well done!I find on my non working days that I'm getting up earlier than normal to get my run in. Love being so motivated and also love the cool air of the morning and the fact that very few people are about 😂. I also find I'm much more productive on those days.

Hope you enjoy getting back to the office. Also enjoy all those compliments you will be getting! Xx

Great stuff the momentum is definitely with you! I know what you mean about changes, my former self would never have got up at 6 for a run 😆 What a fabby medal I love that, very well deserved! Hope all goes well with back to work transition and that you get passed security ok 😄
