Hi guys, does anyone know if it is okay to start couch to 5K when pregnant? I did complete it nearly a year ago but have taken a break since then. I will be starting from the beginning. Many thanks :)

Welcome...well...the only person to give you the go ahead is your GP...That's your starting point:)

It really depends how far into pregnancy you are. Your GP is the best person to give you advice on this.

As nowster and Oldfloss have already said your GP is definitely your first port of call. Good luck!

I personally wouldn’t be starting any new activities whilst pregnant. In my opinion if your body is used to running before pregnancy work away but defo wouldn’t be starting anything new. It would be a question for your GP.
